The program aims to strengthen the capacities of the population of El Morro Parish to make better use of its available resources through initiatives related to its main productive activities, thereby contributing to local economic development with a sustainable approach.
It promotes the development of skills and initiatives that support biodiversity conservation through the circular economy, socially responsible tourism, and the appreciation of local culture. The program also strengthens entrepreneurs’ capacities by enhancing their productive skills and contributing to household income, while encouraging digital transformation in the community’s educational and productive processes.
