Integrated Coastal Management in Manglaralto Parish

 

The objective of our program is to work alongside stakeholders and local development organizations to implement Integrated Coastal Management by addressing the main challenges and needs of the territory.

The program seeks to promote the participatory and efficient management of water resources by local communities; empower coastal communities to engage in participatory processes and address the challenges posed by climate change so that they can become resilient and sustainable communities; develop tourism activities in Manglaralto Parish based on sustainability criteria, cultural identity, and the use of new technologies; and support the coastal communities of Manglaralto Parish in their digital transformation processes to improve their well-being, adaptation capacity, and sustainability.
